Mammoth skillion sections are designed to promote high thermal performance in modern skillion roof or flat roof designs.
High density, moisture-resistant sections are made from 100% polyester with a controlled loft to ensure the required 25mm air ventilation gap to the roof is always maintained.
They are Red List Free and allow a smooth crease-free friction-fit to enhance thermal performance.
Mammoth Skillion comes in two thicknesses; 115mm (R2.9) or 165mm (R3.2) depending on the climate zone and how much room has been specified for the ceiling cavity.
* Calculations are based on 500ml PET Bottles (16.2g).

Mammoth™ have two wall insulation formats to help create a warmer, drier environments – pads and blanket.
Pads are semi-rigid polyester insulation that is friction fitted between studs. Mammoth air-lay wall sections are self-supporting and contribute to a superior installation without gaps, creases, folds or compression.
Blanket rolls are lofted polyester insulation that is stapled to the top dwang to fit snugly between wall studs. Mammoth Wall Blanket insulation is available in R2.2 and R2.6.
Designed to work in conjunction with the building systems of existing and new homes, Mammoth Wall insulation provides effective, durable and reliable insulation that you can be assured works for at least 50 years*
Mammoth Wall Sections are available in R2.0 and R2.5 as well as specialised masonry wall sections. Masonry wall insulation is a high density insulation for masonry lined homes within a frame or strapping system to increase thermal performance.

Mammoth high performance acoustic sections manage sound in residential and commercial buildings.
Mammoth® acoustic wall sections (previously NOVAhush) manage sound around bathrooms, bedrooms, entertainments systems and offices. High performance acoustic wall sections, they are designed to reduce sound transmission at all frequencies and perform as an acoustic infill material by providing sound absorption within the cavity.
Mammoth products contain recycled polyester fibres. Mammoth acoustic wall section insulation uses up to 15,600 recycled plastic bottles per 100sqm*.
Mammoth’s acoustic range also includes Wall Blankets, Bafflestack for between floors, Panel Absorber and Duct Liner Insulation.

Mammoth™ Ceiling Blankets are designed to be installed in new or existing ceiling cavities and have a range of R-Values up to 4.0.
Made from 100% thermally bonded polyester fibres Mammoth Polyester insulation is Red List Free and in blanket format it rolls
over joists to reduce thermal bridging. It is a long lasting material that won’t sag or settle over time.
Ceiling Blankets are the easiest and most effective form of insulation. Like blankets, also made from polyester, Mammoth Ceiling blanket traps the warmth underneath to keep your property warmer. Easy and fast to install, it can be torn to length or cut with shears and simply laid over the ceiling framing.

Mammoth® Panel Absorber is designed to be used as an interior surface lining in commercial or residential spaces to help reduce noise reverberation.
Mammoth® Panel Absorber acoustic insulation is a 100% polyester semi rigid board in white, white with black face, black or grey. With a Group 1S fire rating under the ISO 9705 Fire test, it is suitable for use in exit ways and a variety of occupied spaces and HVAC systems.
Mammoth Panel Absorber is available in various densities and thicknesses, ranging from 35-25mm, 35-50mm, 35-75mm, 20-100mm and 40-100mm and are 2400mm x 1200mm panel sizes. Custom cuts are available for larger projects with MOQ
Panel Absorber is suitable for use in most exposed applications, but is primarily designed for acoustic performance rather than a high visual finish as it may show some creasing, finish and colour variations.

The polyester liner ensures the reduction of sound transfer along the duct and that air of the desired temperature is delivered at the outlets. Mammoth® Duct Liner comes in a plain white sheet or a white sheet with a black face. Mammoth Duct Liner is a semi rigid board made in New Zealand from 100% thermally bonded polyester fibres. The polyester conjugate fibre used is crimped giving excellent durability.
Mammoth’s acoustic range also includes Wall Sections, Wall Blankets, Bafflestack and Panel Absorber insulation.

Mammoth Bafflestack helps to create comfortable internal environments by improving sound insulation between spaces.
Mammoth® Bafflestack insulation is a roll form product made from 100% thermally bonded polyester fibres, designed to be stacked and compressed within the plenum space above partition walls, to the roof or floor above. This reduces sound intensity and transference between rooms, without the need for the construction of walls within the plenum space
Mammoth’s acoustic range also includes Wall Sections, Wall Blankets, Panel Absorber and Duct Liner Insulation.

Quadzero™ is a high performance, foil-faced, mass-loaded vinyl noise barrier, offering superior acoustic transmission loss and low spread of flame surface covering.
Quadzero™ was developed to meet market noise reduction requirements in the domestic, commercial, industrial and OEM sectors.
To achieve this high performance, the Pyrotek engineering team developed Quadzero™ to be dense, thin, strong, tear-resistant and highly flexible. These properties give the product high transmission loss throughout the various weight ranges. It complies with British and international fire and building codes for low spread of flame.
Stiff lightweight panel constructions, such as plasterboard, drywall, plywood and hollow core walls, typically have coincidence dip resonance which allows noise to transmit through a construction. The coincidence dip is dependent on the material’s stiffness and thickness and occurs at the point where the sound transmitted through the structure matches the natural frequency of the panel.
Quadzero™ shifts the coincidence dip to frequencies limiting its impact, thereby maintaining the performance of the product. The thin, dense mass Quadzero™ barrier reflects and absorbs the transmission of sound through walls, ceilings and floors, reducing the critical frequencies generated from mechanical equipment, engine noise and electronic audio devices.
