Interior Designers Element17 were appointed to bring the new Executive Real Estate office in Christchurch to life with the use of Potter Interior Systems Aluminium partitions and Austratus ceiling and wall battens. The brief was to create a private space to discuss ideas and give clients a relaxed setting to create their dream home. The stylish design feels comfortable and reflective of the high attention to detail provided to clients from the very onset.

When it comes to inspiring spaces nothing makes an impact quite like an architectural ceiling. Our Austratus ceiling battens in Western Red Cedar add a sophisticated appeal to the front of house areas.  Austratus is a modular system making slatted timber ceilings, walls and screens easier than ever. The patented fitting system allows continuous lengths of timber to be simply and easily clipped into a suspended ceiling or screwed directly onto existing walls and ceilings.

While open areas hold the key in collaborative work spaces, there was a need for range of different quiet and meeting room options. Potters A Series partition system provided a host of design options for varying wall types and were paired with the DS door range. Specified in a Bronze Anodised finish to provide clean lines and a rich contemporary feel.

The design process was aligned for sustainability. Best practice was at the forefront of design, including locally sourced materials and sustainable and accredited materials. Potters aluminium suites fitted the brief perfectly, being proudly designed and made in New Zealand and carrying the Declare label meaning they are Red List Free. The Austratus range also has PEFC Certification to ensure timbers are sourced from sustainably managed and controlled forests.
