Client: Mortlock McCormack Law
Developer: Base Build
Main contractors: Hush Interiors (ceiling) + Cemac Commercial Interiors (aluminium partitions)
October last year saw Mortlock McCormack Law return to Christchurch’s city centre. Before the February 2011 earthquakes, Mortlock McCormack had been based in Cathedral Square but were displaced to an old commercial building in Riccarton following.
The new offices, on level two of the three story building on
the corner of Armagh and Durham Streets, mean Mortlock McCormack now operate from one floor in a modern and well constructed development central to the CBD area and Justice Precinct.
The new build space is a mixture of open plan, individual offices, shared space and meeting rooms to cater for 45 staff. Potter Interior Systems ensured our DS Series aluminium systems and ceiling grid and AMF Thermatex Thermofon ceiling panels reflected what Mortlock McCormack Law required, to the highest of standards.
