Recycling Programme

From the production line and site delivery to installation and end-of-life, New Zealand insulation manufacturer’s, Mammoth. take responsibility for their products through their zero-waste manufacturing process and take-back program, The Mammoth insulation product is 100% recyclable, it can always be reused again and again. Every 100 square meters of Mammoth insulation incorporates the equivalent of up to 15,600 500ml plastic bottles.

Mammoth is proud to announce the expansion of their take-back recycling program. Recycling bins for return of Mammoth insulation offcuts are available at Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, and Wellington. There is also an opportunity to return material outside these areas by arrangement. It’s just one part of their Toitu Carbon Reduce accreditation.

  • Pack in separate bags for different insulation types to streamline our assessment process.
  • Ensure each bag is securely packed in clear plastic, with an approximate weight labelled for easy handling.
  • Don’t forget to fill out the attached form and include photos to expedite your return evaluation.
