Bradford Ultratel™ is designed as a high performance internal insulation on HVAC ductwork. It also has many applications as a general insulation product to enhance both thermal and acoustic performance.
Bradford Ultratel is manufactured from a rigid engineered glasswool insulation typically with an appropriate facing. The blanket is manufactured by spinning molten glass, containing up to 65% recycled content, into fine wool like fibres. These are bonded together using a thermosetting resin. The product can be identified by its golden appearance.
Ultratel is designed to provide high performance internal insulation of heating, air conditioning and cooling ducted systems. Ultratel™ delivers superior sound absorption and attenuation due to its higher density and rigid properties. Ultratel™ comes in a range of thicknesses that meet the performance requirements as set out by the Building Code of Australia.

Potters supplies a range of rockwool products specifically designed for applications up to 820oC. These products are used to insulate tanks, vessels and larger process equipment from energy loss and to provide personnel protection. Products are generally selected by the temperature of the application.
Bradford Fibertex 350 a lightweight medium density rockwool insulation product designed for applications up to 350˚C.
Bradford Fibertex 450 is a general purpose industrial insulation for use on process equipment, vessels, tanks and reactors. It is a medium duty thermal and acoustic insulation suitable for continuous operation up to 450oC.
Bradford Fibertex 650 is a general purpose industrial insulation for use on process equipment, vessels, tanks and reactors. It is a heavy duty thermal and acoustic insulation suitable for continuous operation up to 650oC.
Bradford Fibertex 820 is a specialty purpose industrial insulation for use on high temperature furnace and hydrocracker insulation as well as for use in marine and building application for fire protection. It is a heavy duty thermal and acoustic insulation suitable for continuous operation up to 820oC and exhibits minimal shrinkage.
Bradford Fibertex HD is a high density industrial insulation for use in applications where high compressive resistance is required. It is a heavy duty thermal and acoustic insulation suitable for continuous operation up to 450oC.
Bradford Fibertex SPI is preformed moulded sectional pipe insulation to limit energy loss and provide personnel protection from industrial piping suitable for continuous operation up to 650oC.
Bradford Industrial Granulated is a convenient low cost plugging for filling gaps in fire protective walls and floors where penetrations are necessary.
Bradford Fibermesh 350 is a general purpose industrial insulation for use on process equipment, vessels, tanks and reactors. It is a light duty thermal and acoustic insulation suitable for continuous operation up to 350°C. It has a stitched Stainless Steel mesh that allows it to fit to irregular shaped surfaces.
Bradford Fibermesh 350 Rockwool is a lightweight medium density insulation product stitched on one side with a 25mm stainless steel wire mesh. Fibermesh 350 is manufactured from spinning a molten mixture of natural rock and recycled products into fine wool like fibers. The inorganic fibres are bonded together using a thermosetting resin and the mesh is then stitched to the base Rockwool to form the final product. The product can be identified by its dark green/brown appearance.
Fibermesh 350 can be used in applications where operating temperatures do not exceed 350°C such as process temperature control, energy
conservation, condensation prevention, acoustic absorption treatment and personnel protection for plant and equipment. The Mesh facing provides additional strength and flexibility allowing the product to form and hold form around process equipment, ductwork and large diameter piping.
Typical applications include:
Bradford Fibermesh 350 is easily installed by impaling the batts or blankets on weld pins and securing with speed clips. The mesh joins may be laced together for extra strength if required.
