Arvida’s new office in Auckland’s CBD was primarily driven by the need to create a hybrid workplace that encouraged staff to return to the office on a more permanent basis.

The new office was designed as a space that supports and builds connections throughout the office, as previously the different departments within Arvida were scattered across three sites.
By bringing the team onto one floor plate it allowed staff to share their knowledge and work collaboratively on different projects.

The design incorporates a multitude of different meeting rooms, breakout spaces and quiet rooms using Potters A Series partition system paired with our range of doors and sliders.

To complement the natural colour palette, the aluminium partitions have been specified in a Satin Black powder coated finish to provide clean lines and a contemporary feel.
