Rondo Terms
and Conditions

Information on how to enter, conditions of entry and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”). Entry into the Potter Interior Systems Store and Rondo promotion (“Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these T&Cs.

PROMOTER

  1. The promoter is CSR Building Products (NZ) Limited (company number 42246) trading as Potter Interior Systems, whose address is 393 Church Street, Penrose, Auckland, New Zealand (“Promoter” or “CSR”).

  2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

  3. The promotion commences at 6:00AM on 19 February 2024 and ends at 5:00PM on 14 April 2024 (“Promotional Period”).

  4. ELIGIBILITY

  5. Participation in the Promotion is limited to customers of the Promoter who hold an active online CSR Connect account and Potter Interior Systems Trading Account (“Eligible Customers”) but excludes (a) resellers and distributors of CSR, Potters Interior Systems or Rondo branded products and (b) the directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies who are directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion. For the purposes of this clause “immediate families” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step- grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin. 

  6. HOW TO ENTER

  7. To enter the Promotion and be considered an “Entrant”, Eligible Customers must: 
    1. purchase a minimum of NZD$100.00 (inclusive of GST) worth of Rondo branded products from the Promoter (“Eligible Products”) in a single transaction during the Promotional Period; and
    2. complete registration for the Promotion  online at www.potters.co.nz/rondo or via the QR code displayed on Promotion materials. This step is required once and, following registration, all purchases of Eligible Products (and therefore entries) will be captured automatically on the Entrant’s account.
  8. Per transaction, Entrants will receive the following number of entries in the Promotion for the Major Prize draw based on the (NZD GST inclusive) value spent on Eligible Products:
    1. $100.00-$249.99 = one (1) entry;
    2. $250.00-$499.99 = two (2) entries;
    3. $500.00-$999.99 = three (3) entries; and
    4. $1,000.00+ or more = five (5) entries.
  9. Multiple entries permitted during the Promotional Period, but capped at five (5) entries per Entrant per day. Where both Eligible Products and other goods are purchased in a transaction, the value of such other goods will not accrue towards entries. 

  10. ENTRY CONDITIONS

  11. The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. Purchases of Eligible Products may be made in person at any of the Promoter’s 4 x Potter Interior Systems locations, by telephone by phoning any of the Promoter’s locations, or online via CSR Connect. For the purpose of these T&Cs, purchases made via telephone or online will only meet the criterion set out in clause 5a if the order in question is made and delivered within the Promotional Period.
  13. The selection of Eligible Products is subject to availability. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any unavailability of Eligible Products during the Promotional Period.

  14. PRIZES

  15. Maximum Prize pool value is up to NZD $30,000. Prize pool:

    hereinafter referred to as the “Entry Prize” and “Major Prize” respectively, and together, the “Prizes”.

  16. Entry Prizes
    1. There will be a total of 200 Entry Prizes which will be won by each of the first 200 Entrants into the Promotion, as determined by Promoter on a fortnightly basis (based on CSR sales reports) until the earlier of:
      1. 200 Entrants having entered the Promotion; or
      2. the expiry of the Promotional Period.
    2. The Promoter will take reasonable endeavours to notify the winners of the Entry Prize progressively as the Entry Prize winners are determined. Winners will be invited to collect their Entry Prize from their nearest Potter Interior Systems location by 20 May 2024, failing which the Prize will be forfeited.
  17. Major Prizes
    1. There will be a total of 20 Major Prizes, the winners of which will be determined by a random draw conducted at 11:00AM on 19 April 2024 at the Promoter’s head office located 393 Church Street, Penrose, Auckland, New Zealand. 
    2. The Promoter will take reasonable steps to notify the winners of the result of the Major Prize draw by phone and/or email, and will deliver the Major Prizes to the winners by way of email to the email address nominated by the winners at the time of entering the Promotion
    3. The winners of the Major Prizes will be announced (business name and location) on the Promoter’s website at www.potters.co.nz/rondo and its social media accounts on 22 April 2024. 
    4. The Promoter may conduct a further draw of the Major Prize at the same time and place as the original draw on 20 May 2024 in order to award Major Prize(s) (if any) unclaimed by that date, subject to any legislation.
    5. Redemption and use of the Major Prize(s) will be subject to the retailer’s terms and conditions, a copy of which can be found at www.prezzee.co.nz.
  18. Prizes:
    1. If a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then a comparable prize of equal or greater value will be awarded in lieu, subject to any written directions made under applicable legislation.
    2. All ancillary costs or accessories not expressly provided are the responsibility of the winners.
    3. Prize winners can only win one Major Prize, but may win one Major Prize and one Entry Prize.
    4. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash (unless otherwise indicated). The Prizes cannot be used or redeemed in conjunction with any other offer. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from Prize winnings. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in Prize value. 
    5. For the avoidance of doubt, Prizes will only be awarded to winners who are Eligible Customers and not to an individual who entered on behalf of an Eligible Customers (i.e. where the Eligible Customer is a company, the winner will be the company). 


    GENERAL

  19. All purchases made for the purposes of the Promotion will be subject to the Promoter’s standard terms and conditions of sale. 
  20. Each Entrant must retain proof of purchase for Eligible Products (valid receipt, invoice number and/or sales order number). If the winning Entrant is unable to provide proof of purchase requested, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify that Entrant.
  21. The wining Entrants’ accounts with the Promoter must be paid up (in accordance with trading terms) at the time of Prize delivery (email of the Major Prize or in-store collection of an Entry Prize), for the winner to be eligible for Prize receipt. 
  22. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any and all Entries and to disqualify any Entrant for tampering with the entry process, submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these T&Cs or engaging in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. 
  23. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion but subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
  24. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies exclude all liability (including negligence) except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including any applicable consumer guarantee under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ)), for any direct or indirect injury, loss and/or damage arising in any way out of the Promotion. This includes, but is not limited to (a) technical malfunctions, delays or failures, including those resulting from accessing any materials related to this Promotion and any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this Promotion as a result of any technical malfunctions, delays or failures (b) theft, unauthorised access or third party interference (c) lost or damaged entries, Prize claims or Prize(s) and/or acceptance and/or use of any Prize.
  25. Where any of the details provided by an Entrant during the registration are incomplete or incorrect, the entry will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. 
  26. The use of any automated entry software or any mechanical, electronic or other means that allows an Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that Entrant invalid.
  27. Where the Promoter reasonably believes the purchase of Eligible Products to gain entry in the Promotion was made by an individual on behalf of a CSR customer without the knowledge and/or consent of the CSR customer in question, the Promoter reserves its rights to contact the CSR customer to verify whether the purchase was authorised and/or invalidate the entry from the Promotion. 
  28. The Promotion and these terms will be governed by the laws of New Zealand. Entrants accept the exclusive jurisdiction of courts and tribunals of New Zealand in connection with disputes concerning the Promotion.

  29. PRIVACY

  30. In these T&Cs, “Personal Information” means, for the purpose of the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ) (the “Privacy Act”), information or an opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable, whether the information or opinion is true or not and whether the information or opinion is recorded in a material form or not. The Promoter collects Personal Information about an Entrant to include the Entrant in the Promotion and award the Prizes (where appropriate). If the Personal Information is not provided, the Entrant cannot participate in the promotion and is deemed ineligible. Entrants can gain access to, update or correct any of their Personal Information held by the Promoter by contacting the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at info@csr.com.au. All Personal Information will be stored by the Promoter in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy: https://www.csr.com.au/privacy-policy.
