Fire Pillows are the most common – treated fabric bags containing fire retardant granulated rockwool, securing penetrations in fire rated construction against the passage of smoke and the spread of fire. Rigitone Primer is a colourless primer for coating cut plasterboard edges in the Rigitone joint filling system. While all four edges of Rigitone boards are supplied pre-primed, Rigitone Primer is diluted ⅔ to ⅓ water and applied by brush to prepare edges that are cut during installation.

Rigitone Filler is used without tape to create a seamless joint between the edges of Rigitone boards. It is applied using the Barrel Gun and proprietary nozzles to ensure the perfect finish.

Rigitone Pattern Spacers are designed to ensure boards are fixed with the exact gap required for jointing. A specific Pattern Spacer is available for each of the four Rigitone board pattern layouts.

BOSS Cable Transits CT120 & CT240 are designed to prevent the spread of fire and smoke from one compartment to another where electrical power, data and comms cables penetrate through separating walls and floors.

The Cable Transit CT120 & CT240 mounting flange provides a quick and easy method of installing single or multiple Cable Transits, even in plasterboard partitions. The unique design means BOSS Cable Transits do not need mechanical fixings and clamp to the wall using metal flanges. By using larger flanges, multiple Cable transits can be banked together alongside each other, providing fire rated penetrations for multiple cables bundles, and with added changeability for future additions or alterations. The unit has a hinged split body which provides an easy retro-fit option where cables are pre-installed.

Gyprock Standard 6mm Round perforated plasterboard provides economical sound attenuation in a perforated design that has been designed for use on ceilings and walls where an increased level of sound attenuation and a high level of aesthetic appeal is required.

The design features six large rectangular groupings per sheet, each with 2,100 x 6mm diameter perforations at 15mm centres to provide an open area of 8.3%.
The panel perforations, together with insulation, where used, reduce echo and noise reverberation to create more comfortable environments for work and leisure.
Typical applications include offices, theatres, restaurants, shopping centres and hotel foyers.

Standard 6mm Round is supplied as a 13mm thick sheet, 1200mm wide and 3600mm long.

The BOSS Thermal Defence System has been developed to prevent the passage of fire and smoke between fire rated compartments where service penetrations exist, such as cables, cable trays and pipe work.

The BOSS Thermal Defence System consists of 2 elements:

1. Thermal Defence Wrap (TDW) installed around the penetrating services,

2. And an aperture seal of either BOSS FireMortar & Bulkhead Batts or BOSS S-line FirePillows for the wall apertures.

The TDW is designed to allow movement within the services, maintain necessary insulation on services and prevent temperature rise of services throughout a fire. At normal temperatures, the TDW remains flexible to permit thermal and mechanical movement of the pipes and cables.

Thermal Defence Wrap is a sheathed woven intumescent technology of bio-soluble vitreous material, graphite and flexible organic binders. It will activate in a fire to expand

Gyprock Flexible is a 6.5mm plasterboard sheet with an enhanced gypsum core in a heavy duty liner paper that enables the board to bend to a small radius.

AMF Thermatex Aquatec is the optimum suspended ceiling tile for rooms with high humidity.

Thanks to its special composition, AMF Thermatex Aquatec shows moisture resistance of up to 100% RH. This means that even with a permanently high humidity and temperatures between 0°C and 40°C, the panel is inherently stable at all times.

DEFLOK™ is a revolutionary partition bracing system which allows vertical deflection whilst still maintaining all the lateral bracing attributes of the TRACKLOK® range.

Bostik Wallboard Gold is a flexible, high strength, easy to use, gap-filling adhesive. Bostik Wallboard Gold exhibits excellent weather resistance and flexibility on ageing, and therefore may be used for exterior applications. Wallboard Gold adhesive can be used with confidence on LOSP and CCA treated timber, exhibiting very good initial tack and excellent stability in the presence of the preservative chemicals in the timber. It is a hand-shapeable track made up of pivotal galvanised steel sections with two sliding straps on each leg.

It is sold in 64mm and 92mm width in 3 meter lengths and ready for installation. The Flex-C Trac system can be used with either metal or wood construction.

The Rondo Donn Exposed Two-Way Grid Ceiling System provides the framework for a variety of lay-in tiles including;
acoustic, perforated plasterboard, PVC laminated, and metal.

Not only does the Rondo Donn Exposed Two-Way Grid Ceiling System include the popular 24mm grid, it also offers a more slimline 15mm grid option
(formally known as Centricitee) to give designers an alternative grid appearance.

The well-known Donn Quick Release Clips (QRC) are located on the ends of the Cross Tees to enable fast and easy installations without the need for mechanical tools.
